OCL 2.0 grammar for SableCC 3.2

As promised in my post from 12/20/2010 I’ve released my modified OCL 2.0 grammar file I’m using for my bachelor thesis on github. I’ve made some changes in order to cope with the changes introduced in OCL 2.0, as well as to address some shortcomings the original version had. For more details see the README included in the repository. Cheers, Raphael Related links: ocl-sablecc @ github.com

My second photostudio in Denmark

A follow up photostudio with Marie. The location in Denmark is great and we decided to try us on action photography. A selection of our pictures is available on my Flickr account. From left to right: Skegglar, Tinna, Pjatla - and it’s one of the rare occasions where I’m pictured as well =) The picture was taken by Marie Kolonko, using a Nikon D60 at ISO 200, f/5.6 and 1/2000 exposure. painless `sudo` invokation

For quite some time now I’ve been working as an administrator to keep servers up and running. What bugs me most is remembering all those different root passwords, which at least need to be typed in once, after a remote ssh session has been started - to launch an interactive sudo shell via sudo -i. I used to store all these passwords in a note in my 1Password keychain - a safe solution, yet one that requires too much work to retrieve a password if I wanted to work on a server. Read more

My new Nikon D7000 DSLR

Most of the time when I wanted to take pictures of people and animals my old camera limited me. Mostly because of two reasons: it is auto-focus only, and the auto-focus is quite slow at that, too. That is why on December 18nd I started taking photography serious. That’s the date I ordered my new Nikon D7000 DSLR. Before ordering I went through quite a lot of reviews, tests and discussions. Merry X-mas everyone!

I hope you can enjoy the festive period with your family and friends. If you happen to find some free time in all the turmoil you should consider taking a look at your year 2010 - its soon coming to an end, and I’m sure that there were plenty of good, bad and interesting events for all of you. 2010 was a rough but nice year to me: I worked quite hard for a big IT project at empuxa GmbH which kept me busy for nearly three-quarters of the year.
